UBC IGSA

The Indian Graduate Student Association (IGSA) at UBC aims to provide support to graduate students and their families (prospective, current and former). The vision of IGSA is to promote harmonious interaction between graduate students of diverse backgrounds, particularly focusing on the amalgamation of graduate students of Indian origin in the local community. While IGSA primarily promotes Indian culture, it caters to a much wider audience, attracting students from various cultural and academic backgrounds. In addition to being a forum for mutual discussion, it has provided much-needed relief from our hectic grad school, and a way of keeping our culture alive.
